To live joyfully, we must learn to calm our mind through meditation. Our mind is also bound by our body, and improper nutrition can lead to a myriad of health problems. Learning to reconnect with food as nourishment complements meditation to cut the root of our issues and achieve overall wellness. These classes will be customized to the individual. You will be guided through a meditation to reawaken your mind to living and be provided with diet advice based on traditional practices and modern clinical experience. Together this mind and body alignment will help you rejuvenate your body and spirit. 

Please choose one of two session types:

First-time Clients: This price includes two sessions. The sessions can be performed online or in-person at the preference of the client. The first session will be an initial 45-minute one-on-one consultation with Realiveness to familiarize the coach with the client’s specific needs, lifestyle, diet, and experience with mindfulness practices. This consultation allows the instructor to connect with the client and design meditation and breathing techniques suited to the individual. The second session will be a 45-minute one-on-one session in which the coach will present the client with their custom plan and guide the client through the meditation and breathing exercises.

Follow-up Clients: This option is for returning clients. The price is for one 45-minute one-on-one session that includes meditation, breathing, and ongoing mindfulness and wellness guidance. The session can be performed online or in-person at the preference of the client.
